How it works
You stay home. We come to you — in a regular car, not a van with a mystery logo.
A short form: your name, phone, zip, and what’s wrong. No account to create.
A real person confirms a time that works. You’ll know the price before anyone knocks.
They sit with you at the computer, the router, or the printer, and stay until it’s working — or tell you plainly if it needs more.
The visit
First hour
$89 at your house
That’s the visit. Most computer, Wi-Fi, printer, and setup jobs are done in that hour.
What we help with
We handle software, settings, and setup. If a part has to be replaced, we’ll say so in plain English.
Won’t start the way it used to, runs slow, pop-ups, email that won’t send, files you can’t find.
Dead spots in the back rooms, a new router, “it works on the phone but not the computer.”
The light is on. It used to print. Wireless setup, paper jams, “it just says offline.”
A laptop, tablet, or phone out of the box. Photos moved. Passwords written down where you can find them.
Where we come
We launch in Lee’s Summit and nearby Jackson County. If you can sit on the porch and wait, we can usually drive over.
If your zip starts with 640 or 641, you’re likely in range. Put the zip on the request form and we’ll tell you on the call.
Why this is safe to say yes to
Every tech is background-checked. You’ll have a name before they arrive, and they come in a personal car.
Large type. A real callback. No app to download. We explain what we did before we leave.
Owned in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Techs who already live here — including students from nearby campuses — doing software and setup as a side hustle.
