Common questions
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and you stay the owner of your Google Business Profile and ad accounts. Your logo, photos and written content are yours. If you cancel, we transfer the site files to you.
Is there a contract?
No. Care plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. There's no cancellation or release fee.
What does the build cost?
Builds start at $600. The final price depends on how many sections or pages you need and what you have ready (logo, photos, copy). You'll get a clear quote before any work starts.
What's included in the monthly plan?
Every plan includes hosting, SSL, domain renewal, monitoring, a backup site and a set amount of edits. Growth adds Google Business Profile management, review requests and monthly reporting. Pro adds Google ads management.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. On the Pro plan, your ad budget is paid directly to Google from your own account. Our fee covers setup and management only.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No one honestly can. We set up the things that help: a fast site, solid local SEO basics, an active Google profile and steady reviews.
I'm with another web company. Can you help me switch?
Yes. We'll help you secure your domain and Google profile first, then rebuild your site so there's no downtime when you cancel the old service.
